Return To Work

Return to work should be a collaborative, consultative and supportive process that respects the dignity of the member and theirwork.

It may be related to an Accommodation need and its related Human Rights obligations

A reasonable workplan should be provided in advance based on medical caregivers advice. This is best reviewed at a RTW meeting which should occur prior to the return. If there are concerns expressed by the Board regarding clarity of medical information this should be dealt with in advance and in a timely manner.
